When the Dunvant Male Choir launched the first patrons Concert on the 8th November 1980 only the most optimistic among us could have envisaged what a huge success these concerts would be.

The choir's objective is to provide a high standard of choral singing at all times. The result has been that the Dunvant Male Choir Patrons Concert has made a niche for itself in the social calendar each year and thus continues to enhance the fine reputation and appeal of the choir over a wide area within and outside Wales.

The strong body of Patrons helps to provide the financial support, which is needed to sustain a large organisation like the Dunvant Male Choir. We will continue in the years ahead with this policy of presenting a Patrons Concert of quality, variety and excellence.

If you enjoy male voice choral singing at its best and have enjoyed our concerts, perhaps you will consider becoming a Patron of Dunvant Male Choir. Patrons receive the following:

• A complimentary ticket for our Patrons Concert, held at the Brangwyn Hall, Swansea, usually in September, each year.
• A Souvenir Programme of that event in which your name will appear as a Patron of the choir.
• A glass of wine in the George Hall, prior to the commencement of the Patrons Concert, where you can meet other Patrons and Choir Officers.
• The Dunvant Male Choir Magazine published annually, giving a factual record of the choir's activities during the year, and other interesting articles.
• Newsletters, which are sent during the year concerning the choir's future engagements and any other special events, organised.
